4. STUDENT FINANCE
4.1. RG Educare offers assistance in applying for student finance on behalf of the student, subject to the eligibility criteria and procedures set by the relevant financial institutions.
4.2. We do not guarantee the approval or amount of student finance that may be awarded. The decision regarding student finance lies solely with the financial institution.
4.3. RG Educare is not responsible for any delays, rejections, or other issues related to the student finance application process.
5. PAYMENT AND FEES
5.1. Our services are subject to fees, which will be communicated to you during the consultation process.
5.2. Payment for our services is required as per the agreed terms and conditions. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of our services.
5.3. All fees paid to RG Educare are non-refundable, except as otherwise stated in these Terms or as required by applicable law.
